STOVES
A non-refundable part-payment of 30% is required
with each order. When your order is complete and
ready for dispatch we will ask for the balance.
Fully insured UK delivery can easily be arranged
at reasonable rates.
All prices are payable in Euros.
Shipping/packing/insurance are additional.
The buyer is responsible for any and all duty
fees.
A restocking charge of 30€ or 30% of the cost of
the order (whichever is greater) is non
refundable in the following cases:
All goods must be paid in full before they
are dispatched. In the case of a personal
delivery by The French Antique Stove Co, cash on
delivery, instant bank transfer is acceptable.
The French Antique Stove Co will store any
customer stove that has been paid in full free
of charge within the confines of a reasonable
delay.
Any stove that has had the deposit paid for,
and which is not collected by the agreed date
will be subject to a storage charge at the
discretion of The French Antique Stove Co. If,
for any reason after three months the said stove
has not been paid for in full, the stove will then
become the property of The French Antique
Stove Co and the deposit forfeit.
PARTS
Payment is required
in full with each order, postage to be paid
before dispatch. When your order is complete and
ready for dispatch we will ask for the postage.

There are no refunds on any
bespoke parts, or flue pipe kits. This includes all and any cast iron
or stainless parts, specifically ordered for the
